Too miserable to work
It's the last day of my week off with "tonsillitis", or, actually, "being too miserable to work".
It's really sad when you end up hating a job that you once truly loved. Especially when it's the first job you ever truly loved.
So, back on Monday, hopefully after the weekend I'll be feeling more motivated.
I've indulged it for a week, but NO MORE.

So it's legal to piss in a policeman's helmet if you are pregnant. I'm glad to see this confirmed as I heard this factoid a few years ago and have occasionally pondered its veracity ever since...
A few years ago, I was indecently assaulted, and on my way back from the police station I asked the affable policeman who was driving me home if it was indeed true that a pregnant woman in need of a pee could ask a policeman for the use of his helmet. How could I miss the chance?
He didn't know, and had never heard of the factoid before, and laughed quite a lot at the thought.
I hope he also reads the story and remembers me asking him about it.
